  A. Accommodation arrangements are handled by our designated travel agency (JTB).Please apply via the Registration page: https://jmrs2026.sec.tsukuba.ac.jp/registration/
  We plan to arrange transportation between the designated accommodations and the venue, so please stay at the designated accommodations whenever possible.

  A. Yes, an invitation letter will be issued if required.
