University of Tsukuba will not provide assistance with visa applications for entry into Japan. Participants are kindly requested to make the necessary arrangements independently.
How to Register
- Click on “Click here for registration.”
A provisional registration screen will appear.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to enter the required information in the registration form and submit it.
- Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please make sure to check that you have received it.
My Page
After completing your registration, you can log in to MY PAGE using your registered email address and password.
Once logged in, you will be able to:
- Check and modify your registered sessions
- View notifications from sessions you have registered for
- Access information regarding registered online sessions
